Look at this baby :O It's a very fulfilling breakfast oh.my.god. but surprise surprise it only takes 15 minutes to make it. You are curious, right?
Let's get started!
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper then leave it in the refrigerator.
- Now, wash the veggies (lettuce and tomatoes).
- And then prepare the cheese.
- Now, toast the bread with olive oil or butter or margarine. you can use toaster or oven.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl make a batter of 1 egg, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp flour, a pinch of salt and freshly grounded pepper. mix it.
- Add water (until it becomes a lumpy batter). be careful not too make it too runny.
- Now, coat the chicken with the batter. and deep fry it. I prefer double coating (after its golden, i dip it again to the batter and then deep fry it again). This way the chicken will have a crispy skin.
- Serve it like a normal person would like to eat sandwich hehhehe bread, lettuce, cheese, chicken, mayo, tomato sauce then bread again.
- And now you are done and you will have the easiest and the most delicious chicken sandwich you ever had!
