nutella pisang cokelat

It's a perfect snack for iftar :) and its super easy to make. 30 minutes before Maghrib, you can make this. So, its still hot when you eat it. Basically all you need to have is:
  1. lumpia skins
  2. nutella
  3. peanut butter
  4. banana
  5. frying oil
peel those bananas open and then place it inside the lumpia skin along with lots of nutella and peanut butter then brush each corner of the wrapper with a little bit of water then bring the two opposite corners on the sides together and, keeping your finger on those edges, bring the bottom corner towards the middle and then roll the pastry up tightly towards the top corner. Tuck the top edge in and seal it then deep fry it. That's all. Isn't it easy :)

s'mores

A s'more (sometimes spelled smore) is a traditional night time campfire treat popular in the United States and Canada, consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker and aparently National S'mores Day is celebrated yearly on August 10 in the United States.

S'more appears to be a contraction of the phrase "some more" because when you have one , u will not get enough and asking for more and more lol anyway, i didnt have a campfire when im craving for this . I just had a huge bag of marshmallow so i kinda craving for smores lol thats why i made them :D

all you gotta need is crackers, chocolate and marshmallow .thats all :D  no recipe needed :p and p.s i use a stove to melt the choco and marshmallow lol

Potsticker

actually im using the same recipe as the recipe --> click here! im just using the different method of wrapping the dough and the cooking method. i think its the most famous one. people call it pot sticker . its crunchy at the bottom and still chewy at at the top . how? lets do it!
  • Add some oil to the non sticking pan. add the dumplings. Fry till base of dumplings is light brown.
  • Then add water surrounding the dumplings. Heat on medium high and cover with the lid on. Let the water boils, the steam will cook the dumplings.
  • When you can hear pan is lightly sizzling when all the water is boiling off. Remove the lid and let the dumplings fry a little longer till the  base is golden and crisp.
  • its ready to eat with the dipping sauce

jiaozi 饺子

omg, i love it so much. i think i can eat at least 20 jiaozi in one serving :) hehehheheheh ive mastered how to make the dumpling dough now!!! im just using high protein flour (bread flour) and water . thats all . the comparison is if the flour is 100 gr then the water (tap water) is 50 ml. it could make 10 pcs regular jiaozi. i usually make 50 pcs . so, i need 500 gr flour and 250 ml water. hehehhehe

whats jiaozi? whats dumpling? is it the same???? ahahahhaha i guess you all confused!!! here its what wikipedia says Jiǎozi (simplified Chinese饺子traditional Chinese餃子)  is a Chinese dumpling widely spread to Nepal, Japan, Eastern and Western Asia. Jiaozi typically consists of a ground meat and/or vegetable filling wrapped into a thinly rolled piece of dough, which is then sealed by pressing the edges together or by crimping. Jiaozi should not be confused with wonton; jiaozi has a thicker skin and a relatively flatter, more oblate, double-saucer like shape (similar in shape to ravioli), and is usually eaten with a soy-vinegar dipping sauce (and/or hot chili sauce); while wontons have thinner skin, have square skins, and are usually served in broth. The dough for the jiaozi and wonton wrapper also consist of different ingredients.
Chinese dumplings (jiaozi) may be divided into various types depending on how they are cooked:
  1. Boiled dumplings: (shuijiao) literally "water dumpling" (水餃; pinyin: shuǐjiǎo).
  2. Steamed dumplings: (zhengjiao) literally "steam dumpling" (蒸餃; pinyin: zhēngjiǎo).
  3. Pan fried dumplings: (guotie) literally "pan stick", known as "potstickers" in N. America, (鍋貼; pinyin: guōtiē), also referred to as "dry-fried dumplings" (煎餃; pinyin:jiānjiǎo).
as you can see , i made zhengjiao :D lets get start it !!!
ingredients:
  • 500g  bread flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 250 ml water
filling
  • 500g minced beef
  • 350 gr Chinese leaf, chopped
  • about 6-7 stalks of spring onion (scallion)
  • 2 tbsp of light soy
  • 2 tsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tsp of cornstarch
  • salt and pepper

It is a pancake-like Korean dish made from a batter of eggs, wheat flour, rice flour, green onions, and often other additional ingredients depending on the variety. Beef, pork, kimchi, shellfish, and other seafood are mostly used. its type of snack for korean people. i used to see it in every korean drama that i watch :D
