i think i have my new fav pasta dish !!! :D its a tender and delicious chicken for those who is already tired with chicken :) nom nom nom this is golden ! im gonna make this a lot in the future :D btw, have u guys watched the new season of master chef US? tell me who is ur fav ? :D and also this is my first time joining prestopastanights hehhehe the host is ruth omgeeeee i hope im doin it alright omg omg omg ><
ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2tbsp chilli powder
- spaghetti
directions:
- prepare the spaghetti first . cook al dente and set a side
- In a clean plastic or paper bag, combine flour with salt and pepper. Toss chicken pieces with flour mixture.
- Melt butter in a casserole dish or skillet; brown chicken on all sides. Mix in sour cream and chicken broth.
- add chilli powder, pepper and salt
- If the skillet is not oven-proof, transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
