If you want something very easy and healthy, I think Bibimbab is the answer. this super famous korean recipe is the perfect option for you all out there :)
All you gotta do is:
- Boil your favorite veggie. For me, I eat all veggies .so my bibimbab depends on what veggies I have in fridge. (notes: boiled in a salted water)
- fry an egg
- now into the making the sauce. For 1 bowl of rice, the combination is: 1tbsp of gochujang, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of soy sauce, a sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds, and 1 clove of diced garlic. Just stir it together. Yep that’s all
- mix it all because that’s how you eat bibimbap.
Isn’t it so easy???? :D
