Calamari rings is a perfect snack for
accompanying me in the busy day in front of computer. It doesn’t take time at all. Pssst I always buy
the cleaned ready to fry calamari ( I know , lazy me) lol lets just get started
. lmao don’t be too surprised coz that’s
all you gotta do :p
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of Cleaned Calamari, already cut into rings
- 1/2 cup All purpose Flour
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil, for deep frying
- Lemon Wedges and chilli Sauce, for serving
Direction:
- In a large zip lock bag, add flour and season with salt and pepper. Add calamari and shake around to make sure every ring is coated in the seasoned flour.
- Sift the calamari to get rid of any extra flour and slip the calamari rings in the hot oil and cook for about 3 minutes or until lightly golden and crispy.
- Take them out and lay them on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
- Serve with sauce and lemon wedges. Serve immediately!
