A perfect weather to cook soup :D a rainy season is here .time for cooking a lot of soup :) here we gooooooooo~
ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, diced fine
- 2 tbsp of fluor
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1,5 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- parsley
direction:
- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add potato cubes and stir to make sure they are just covered with water.
- Cook potatoes until fork tender, maybe 10 minutes. mash it and set aside
- In a large pot melt butter over medium heat and stir in onion.
- Stir in the flour and cook stirring constantly for at least a minute to get rid of the raw flour taste.
- Start adding the milk and cream and stir until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheese. mix it until its melted.

Stir in potatoes and cook for 1 minute to heat potatoes thru. serve with parsley
