fluffy pancake

I made almost 25 pancakes last weekend and my family loves it to death. Kids saying it was suuuuper delicious. I am so glad lol I got this recipe from youtube and I memorized it already because I made this a couple of times before.

ingredients:
  • 250 gr self rising flour (I didn't use it in this photo, that is why it wasn't as fluffy as before)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg , separate yolk
  • 360 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 gr melted butter
direction:
  1. in a measuring cup add yolk to the milk. whisk together well.
  2. add vanilla extract
  3. add melted butter. whisk it again.
  4. in a bowl. combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  5. add the milk mixture to the flour mixture. mix together.
  6. now whisk the egg whites separately until soft stiff are formed
  7. add this to the batter
  8. gently fold through with spatula.and that's it . we are ready to cook it.
  9. use a saucepan and u can use butter to grease the pan
  10. drop in one large spoonful at a time. when bubble appear on the surface flip it over
  11. do not press down
  12. repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  13. drizzle with maple syrup or like me
it is super easy,right?
