shrimp noodle

This is what i like to cook in Ramadan for a full meal. either its rice or noodle. It's just too easy to cook this dish at busy Ramadan. Keep in mind that this is happening in Ramadan lol so I don't use fresh produce lol imagine waking up at 3 am to cook for suhoor or cook for iftar in less than 30 minutes after rushing going home from my office. This is the most delicious, instant yet fulfilling dish you can eat.

Ingredients
  • 10 ounces noodles
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 5 chillies
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoons sesame oil, plus more for drizzling (optional)
  • 1/2 pound frozen shrimp
  • frozen veggies as much as you want
  • salt and pepper

steamed eggs

This is one of the best breakfast for Asian lol I love making this with 2 eggs. its actually perfect for Sunday when it's raining. You can sit in front of TV with a bowl of warm velvety smooth custard. It's just perfect hehehhehe
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 oz water
  • sesame oil
  • pinch of salt
  • green onion and sesame seeds for garnishing
  • soy sauce

nutella pisang cokelat

It's a perfect snack for iftar :) and its super easy to make. 30 minutes before Maghrib, you can make this. So, its still hot when you eat it. Basically all you need to have is:
  1. lumpia skins
  2. nutella
  3. peanut butter
  4. banana
  5. frying oil
peel those bananas open and then place it inside the lumpia skin along with lots of nutella and peanut butter then brush each corner of the wrapper with a little bit of water then bring the two opposite corners on the sides together and, keeping your finger on those edges, bring the bottom corner towards the middle and then roll the pastry up tightly towards the top corner. Tuck the top edge in and seal it then deep fry it. That's all. Isn't it easy :)
