sausage and cheese bread

guys, im gonna show you the basic step how to make bread . its not that difficult!u will probably think "hell no, there is no way its not going to be difficult" but im gonna repeat, this is NOT difficult to make :)

  • 105 ml lukewarm water 
  • 1/2 tbsp instant yeast ( i use fermipan) 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1lg eggs, slightly beaten 
  • 30 gr unsalted butter, melted 
  • 224 gr self raising flour ( cakra kembar ) 
  • 6 sausage 
  • 6 sliced cheddar cheese

apple cinnamon pop tarts

well, for everyone who grew up in USA , you guys know pop tarts ,right ahahhahah we sure all love it ,right? :D :D
im craving this sooooo much :( and i remember that i have apple in the refrigerator :D :D so, this beautiful mind just tell me , lets make apple cinnamon pop tarts ,Maya :DDDD here we go !!!

pie crust ingredients:
  • 125 gr margarine
  • 250 gr flour
  • 5tbsp cold water
  • 1 yolk 
filling : 
  • 3 apple , dice into small cuts
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

customized cookies

im so effing bored at home ! aaaaaaaaaaaaa i decided i wanna make some cute cookies LOL i had so much fun while decorating it :DDDD

lets start it, guuuurlssss <3 

  • 150 gr margarine
  • 50 gr powder sugar
  • 2 yolk
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 250 gr low protein flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

strawberry shortcake

actually , if we are talking about strawberry shortcake then we are talking about scones and strawberry. as always , im gonna make it simple for you :)
oh and a few things to keep in mind when making scones ; always have the butter cold , add the liquid to the dry ingredients all at once and mix everything together quickly and lightly. 

  • 250 gr fresh strawberries 
  • 280 grams all-purpose flour 
  • 50 grams granulated sugar 
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 76 grams cold unsalted butter 
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 120 ml milk 
  • 100 gr whipped heavy cream 
  • 200 gr cold water

portuguese egg tarts ( pie susu for indonesian)

To be honest, i dont know that there is this kind of tarts in indonesia but you guys call it pie susu and its pretty famous in Bali . all i know , this is a cantonese cuisine because people that went to visit Hongkong wud bring em as a gift . i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it soooo much !
a week ago , i finally tried the indonesian version . and its basically the same things . i dont know which version is the original hehehehe regardless there is always a stir between where some foods originally come from ,right???
there are tons of this recipes at the internet . below is mine . the shell is crispy and tasty because i use a lot of butter and the filling is so sweet because i use evaporated milk instead condensed milk or UHT milk. as always , i warn you girls to ask for my permission if u want to repost this version egg tarts of mine .

hey guys, since this blog is already changed its purpose . i guess im gonna edit this post hehehhe bc when i wrote the previous one, idk that im gonna make it into a cooking blog :D but now, since most of all my posts is about recipes. please, love me alot :) go follow me and leave some comments also hehehhee

I think there are so many people know it already that i find my happiness in the kitchen . baking some cakes while swinging my hips to the music , knead some doughs while banging my head to the beat , or tasting the batter while humming to the melody . thats my fav things to do in the world :) and they all are priceless !

so here we go, i run a business that related to my happiness . yes yes yes ! i sell cakes and cupcakes <3 you all can see some of my creation here click me!  go order some hehhehe *winks*

uhmm,people .i m thinking that i want to use my personal blog to share some of my recipe plus step by step how to bake. who is agree w/ me? sharing is caring ,right?? plus , we all as a human never stop to learn . im thinking if i posted my baking journey, i could learn back from my reader :)  how awesome is that !!!!!
but, i warn you its going to be a bumpy ride !!!! my first phase of baking is really tough! sometimes,  i over baked the batter , or i made it too sweet , or too flourish errrrrrrr . so girls, lets do it together !!!!!!!!
