red smoothie bowl

I noticed lots of my friend coming to one of the hippiest restaurant in town that sells all these beautiful smoothie bowl. Hmmm but you know what? its so friggin expensive lol I dont want to waste my money. I'd rather make them by my own-selves at home.

It's so easy. Lemme break down it you, guys. All you need for a bowl of this delicious smoothie is:
  • 1 mango
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1 red dragon fruit
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
All you have to do is just blend it all and decorate it prettily for instagram purposes :pppp ahahhaha Until next time~

spaghetti chicken meatball

I actually cook this recipe a lot. I don't even need to measure it anymore. It feels like that my hands know it automatically lol BTW, I always use ready to use sauce cause nowadays the ready to eat sauce is so delicious. Plus come on we all want something simple, right? 

Ingredients:
  • 250 gr ground chicken 
  • 1 egg
  • 30 ml milk
  • 25 gr bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 chopped garlic
  • salt and pepper
Direction:
  1. Mix all the ingredient in a bowl and form the meat balls 
  2. fry the meatball until it cooked through 
  3. serve with ready sauce pasta and spaghetti 
  4. done
LMAO it is so easy, right?????

kimchi jeon

Based on wikipedia, kimchi jeon is a variety of jeon, or Korean pancake-like dish, primarily made with sliced kimchi, flour batter and sometimes other vegetables. Kimchi jeon is often recognized in Korean culture as a folk dish of low profile that anyone could make easily at home with no extra budget. It is usually served as an appetizer, snack or banchan (side dish).

ingredients:
  • 100 gr Kimchi
  • 1 tbsp onion
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • vegetable oil

Kimchi fried rice


Like I said in the previous post, that I love making fried rice. I make it at least twice a week. This one is not indonesian, neither the chinese version, but it is a korean version. They call it kimchi bokkeumbap. It's basically a fried rice with kimchi :D lol yep, thats all :D so, the ingredients will be the same but I added kimchi into it. That's all? yep thats all :D mom doesn't like it tho. She can't stand the smell of kimchi ahahhahah on the other hand, I love it! I can even eat kimchi with only plain rice. It's delicious!!!!! The weird thing is, I only like kimchi with a certain brand :/ I always buy it at the Korean supermarket near my office. I have tried the other brand, tried the homemade version, but i'm sorry :( i don't like it hiks so, I always make sure to buy this brand. Let's get start it.

ingredients:
  • 2 soup bowls of left over rice 
  • 200 gr kimchi (1 small package ) 
  • 4 garlic 
  • 8 shallots 
  • 6 chilli or more if you like it to be spicy 
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil 
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • chopped spring onions, sesame seeds to top

rose apple pie

I was inspired to make a cute pie after watching a youtube video. For the crust, I use our beloved Maggie's recipe as always lol For the filling it was just sugar and cinnamon powder.

Ingredients: 

  • 125 ml sour cream 
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 200 g unsalted butter chilled
  • 4 apples, sliced thinly
  • 200 gr granulate sugar
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • a bowl of water

tuna fried rice


Man, you know how i love my tuna sandwich :D but sometime i use the canned tuna for a spicy fried rice. It is sooooooo good, trust me! 

ingredients:
  • a plate of rice 
  • a half of a canned tuna
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 3 onions, slice thinly
  • 5-6 green chili (depends on the degree of spicyness u desire)
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (dont blame me, i love spicy food)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

steamed brownies

I often use this recipe if my relatives had a visit on my home . because its a very easy recipe . plus ,it doesnt use butter (so far for me it is the most expensive ingredient for a beginner) . i've tried so many recipes but this one is the softest and richest brownies i've ever made . its originally miss. Liem's recipe but i changed it a lil bit because the original recipe is too sweet for my liking. So , lets get started :)

ingredients :
6 egss
200 gr granulated sugar
vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp emulsifier
125 gr all purpose flour
50 gr chocolate powder
175 ml cooking oil
100 gr dark cooking chocolate
75 ml condensed milk

step by step:

1. whisk together flour , chocolate powder and salt in a bowl . toss a side.
2. beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy . add emulsifier . then add the flour mixture.
3. add the oil and dark cooking chocolate to the batter and beat it until incorporated.
4. divide the batter into 3 parts . add the condensed milk .
5. steam the 1st part without milk for 10 mins. then add the batter with milk and steam it for another 10 mins and finally, put the rest of the batter without the milk for 20 mins.

tips:

1. put the batter into the pot when it well steamed
2. cover the lid of the steamer pot with cloth
3. u can add cashew ,peanut, or almond to the batter

chicken pot pie

Dont u think this is so weird that the weather is so gloomy every single day? it just makes me craving something warm and soupy :D so i made this hahahha mom's recipe tbh haha! here we go!

ingredients:
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Salt and pepper
1 calves breast chicken. cut into small cuts.
1/2 cup frozen veggies *dont blame me, i have it .so its such a waste if i didnt use it*
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the cream, salt, pepper,chicken,veggies and cheese in the bowl. fill the pie crust with the chicken mixture. top it again with the crust .Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the mixture is set.

Ingredients
  • 100 gram all purpose flour 
  • 100 gram tapioca flour 
  • Chopped scallions
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  •  ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 200 ml warm water
  • Ready to eat peanut sauce or just regular chili sauce

I made this recipe for my nephew's birthday last January. I uploaded this photo in my instagram and people were asking about the recipe a lot hahahhaha so, here I am writing this recipe for you all. To be honest, I used the last recipe I share you in this blog. The only thing I add is whipped cream between layers and strawberry at the bottom. 

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup of high protein Flour
  • 4 cup of Milk 
  • 4 Egg 
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of Salt 
  • 4 tsp of Baking Powder 
  • Butter to cook
  • 1 jar of Nutella Hazelnut Choco
  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • strawberry or any desired fruits

chinese beef and broccoli


Beef and broccoli is one of the most popular Chinese stir fry dishes but I’m not actually sure whether Beef and Broccoli is a westernized version of a Chinese dish, or whether it is in fact just a Western Chinese dish. I got this recipe from my mom tho. cause she made this dish since i was a kid. 

ingredients: 
  • 300 gram beef flank steak, sliced 
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

For the Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

For the Stir-Fry:
  • 250 gr  broccoli  
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable 
  • 2 whole shallots, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, diced

Subak Hwa Che (Korean Watermelon Punch)


I made this drink because my ultimate girl crush, Victoria Song made this at Happy Camp before and the MC said it is sooooooo good! Even one of the MC posted in weibo about this drink thingy. ahhhh gotta make one too for myself!!!!! it is super easy ! 

Ingredients:
  • watermelon, cubed or balled
  • milk 
  • Sprite 
Direction:
  1. Cut up the fruit into cubes (or use a melon baller).
  2. Put the fruit into a large bowl.
  3. Finally, pour in the milk and Sprite; the ratio of milk to Sprite should be 2:1.
  4. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  5. enjoy!

shrimp avocado quinoa salad

Shrimp marinade:
  • 6 uncooked medium shrimp
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Juice of a half lime 
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
Other:
  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
  • ½ onion, finely diced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • tablespoons cilantro, chopped 
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ avocado
  • Lime juice
