raisin and choco pie

i just came back from Singapore heehhehhhehe i just went there 3 days. its not even considered as a vacation ahhahahha and this weekend i watched a lot of Master Chef AU season 3 at home. one of the challenge is making pie from Maggie Beer and she is kind enough to show all the ingredients even show the viewers how to make her infamous pie. i dint take a note because i remember its written in her website. you can check it out at --->  www.maggiebeer.com.au
i usually use my own recipe to make the pastry dough but i thought why dont give a try at Maggie's recipe? turn out to be . its better than mine (off course duh) hehhehhe

ingredients:
  • 125ml sour cream
  • 250g plain flour
  • 200g unsalted butter chilled
  • chopped raisins
  • dark chocolate
  • yolk
direction:
Do u notice that i dont write the exact measurement to the filling's recipe . yep , because as usual . i just put everything based on tasting the recipe hehheheh lets go!!
  1. To make the pastry, dice the butter, then pulse with the flour in a food processor until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  2. Add the sour cream and continue to pulse until the dough starts to incorporate into a ball.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4.
Roll the chilled pastry out until 3 mm thick and cut to suit your chosen recipe.
  5. baked until golden brown.
  6. lets move onto the filling recipe. melt the dark chocolate and put chopped raisin based on your liking . add one yolk at first then taste it. if u want to add more then its okay. its truly based on your liking
  7. fill them to the pastry.
