fruit pies

its 40 days celebration of my cousin's birth . here, in my country there is such a celebration like that hehhehe i decided  to make some snacks for the guests . i made them 100 fruit pies . i know ! im completely whipped !!!! im soo tired . but its all worth it after all the guest said that the fruit pies are absolutely delicious hihihiihi
here, im gonna share u the recipe although i also sell it for 4000 /each .u can text me to order :) thanks to mba Fatmah for letting us know this recipe ! *hailstoyou* :p we love you hiuhihihi

Pie shells: (for 10 pcs)
125 gr flour
1/4 tsp  salt
62,5 gr  margarine
3 sdm cold water
Vla sauce :
200 cc  milk
50 gr  castor sugar
2 egg  yolk
15 gr   corn flour
1/2 tbsp   margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping :
  • fruits . uhmmmm any fruits that u want
1 sdt  gelatin
100 cc water
1 sdt sugar
(bring to boil, set aside)

directions :
pie :
  • Knead  the dough, roll thinly, put in the pie molder , pin-prick the bottom with a fork so pies wont be bubbling , then bake at the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Vla :
  • Mix the cornstarch with some milk and egg yolks. set aside
  • bring milk and sugar to boil then put a mixture of cornstarch and egg yolks, stirring quickly, let it boil once again. Set aside.
  • Fill pie shells with the vla sauce we made earlier then decorate with fresh fruits. lastly , pour 1 teaspoon of gelatin .
