chicken cordon blue

it's one of my favorite dish. its so simple so easy so yummy. you can serve it with mashed potatoes or salad . i prefer salad with simple olive oil +balsamic vinegar dressing. that's all . only need 15 minutes maximum to make this dish. go try it at home :)

  • boneless chicken breast , 4 halves
  • a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 4 swiss cheese
  • 4 ham 
  • 2 egg
  • bread crumbs 
  • canola oil for deep frying
  1. pound chicken breast 0.5 cm thickness
  2. sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper
  3. place 1 piece of swiss cheese and 1 ham slice on top of each breast. 
  4. roll up each breast and secure with a toothpick. 
  5. roll the chicken to the egg then roll it to the bread crumbs. 
  6. deep fry it.
  7. serve with salad or mashed potato.
