beef steak

I already posted one of my steak recipe before at click here! in this blog post, im gonna post something different with the first one. this recipe that im gonna show you is another my go to steak recipe. very simple and easy. you can use it for chicken too. lets get start it.

  • 1 tsp of Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 200 gr striploin beef 
  • a tbsp of butter/olive oil
  • A little more Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to dress the salad

  1. In a large bowl combine the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary,  olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add beef and toss to coat. Leave it for about 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a non stick grill pan over medium high heat and melt butter or you can use olive oil
  3. Place the marinated beef on the hot grill pan and cook until cooked through or depends on what level you want , if you want the beef to medium rare then do it as you like. Remove to a plate and let rest for a few minutes.
  4. in another  bowl dress lettuce and tomato with about 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and some balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste and toss to coat. 
  5. serve together
