I made this recipe for my nephew's birthday last January. I uploaded this photo in my instagram and people were asking about the recipe a lot hahahhaha so, here I am writing this recipe for you all. To be honest, I used the last recipe I share you in this blog. The only thing I add is whipped cream between layers and strawberry at the bottom.
Ingredients:
- 4 cup of high protein Flour
- 4 cup of Milk
- 4 Egg
- 4 tbsp sugar
- pinch of Salt
- 4 tsp of Baking Powder
- Butter to cook
- 1 jar of Nutella Hazelnut Choco
- 1 pack of whipped cream
- strawberry or any desired fruits
direction:
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients (except the butter)
- let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat a non stick skillet over medium heat
- Add a tiny bit of butter to help them not stick.
- Cook up your pancakes in batches for about a minute or so on each side or until golden brown.
- After all the batter is done cooking, cool it off.
- Whip the cream (follow the instruction on the packaging) and prepare your nutella
- All i do is to add 1 crepe, spread nutella on top of that, then spread the whipped cream on top of that .
- Repeat the action until all the pancake is used.
- Top all of the stacked pancake with strawberry.
- That's it. its a hard work but its worth it.
