red velvet cake pops


my new addiction!!! >< i just love to make these at home hehhehe isnt it too cute? :D as you all know i sell cake and cupcakes at home so basically i have a lot of leftovers cake and i often make these cake pops :D here we go!!

 Ingredients:
  • left over red velvet cake
  • Cheese Butter cream Frosting
  • 1 package white chocolate
  • Sprinkles, for garnish
Direction:
  1. crumble cake into the bowl of a food processor; process until fine crumbs form.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl and add frosting; blend together using the back of a spoon, until well combined, 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Begin to shape balls into small balls
  4. Meanwhile, melt chocolate.
  5. Dip the bottom of each cupcake into the chocolate; transfer, bottom-side up, to prepared baking sheet. 
  6. To make lollipops, insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each cupcake. Let chocolate set in freezer, 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Dip the tops of the cupcakes into the chocolate and place right-side up on prepared baking sheet or stick lollipop sticks into a Styrofoam square. 
  8. Top with sprinkles and Let dry completely.
