chinese fried rice

i love making chinese fried rice. i think i make it at least twice a week :D bc we always have rice left over in my house .so , yeah ~~ its kinda a must thing to do lol i never change the recipe, only basic ingredients plus a good sesame oil , bammm!!! i always believe there is no bad chinese fried rice in the world lol bc nothing will go wrong ahhahahhaha ok, then. im gonna stop talking, here is the recipe :)

  • 2 soup bowls of left over rice
  • 4 garlic
  • 8 shallots
  • 6 chilli or more if you like it to be spicy
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped spring onions 
  • sausage + eggs (optional)

  1. blend in a food processor all the spice .
  2. prepare the wok, heat the butter then add spices paste until the fragrance came 
  3. add sausage or eggs or shrimp (additional) in this point
  4. now add the rice. mix thoroughly
  5. add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. i love sesame oil and its a must for asian kitchen . so, i always add it lol i love the smell so much huhhuuuhu
  7. heat it for at least 10 mins bc it tastes better when it serves hot
  8. serve with some chopped spring onions and u ready to go! nommmmmm
