smoked beef and mushroom fried rice


i didnt eat carbs for 3 days, omagad !!!! no, im not on diet. i just lost my appetite suddenly lol wonder why :/ but this morning , i need carbs!!!!!!!!!! lets make a mean fried rice !!

ingredients:
  • a plate of rice 
  • 2 stripes of smoked beef
  • 1 fried tofu
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 3 onions, slice thinly
  • 5-6 green chili (depends on the degree of spicyness u desire)
  • 1 tsp chilli powder (dont blame me, i love spicy food)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt (optional)
directions:
  1. in a medium pan, heat sesame oil.
  2. add garlic until the fragrance came out . unhh i love it 
  3. then add onions . until tender.
  4. add chilli . stir it carefully
  5. add smoked beefand fried tofu (cut it before)
  6. add rice
  7. salt and pepper to taste.
  8. if u get the flavor u want then cook until the rice is heated through
  9. serve
