Cat and Panda Bakpao

Ingredient:
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cup warm milk 
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • nutella 
  • food coloring
Direction:
  1. add yeast, warm milk and flour in a bowl
  2. mix it
  3. knead the dough until smooth 
  4. cover the bowl
  5. leave for about 40 minutes until it raise
  6. take the dough out and gently knead
  7. cut the dough to the size you want and fill it with nutella
  8. let them rise again for 30 mins
  9. place baking paper underneath the dough
  10. steam for about 15 mins
  11. turn off the heat and wait for 5 mins before open the lid
